Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Chicago, IL, seeks an experienced Estimator to provide outstanding customer service while compiling accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers.

You will lead communication with customers, document everything, ensure DRP and insurance compliance, and support the team to meet KPI targets, with training opportunities including I-CAR.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively with customers and insurers.
• Attention to detail in documenting repairs and estimating.
• Familiarity with DRP procedures and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and internal processes (WOW OS).
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support teams.
• Maintain KPIs and uphold company values of honesty, integrity, and respect.
