Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Milwaukee is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The Estimator assesses damage, documents required repairs and parts, and collaborates with the team to meet facility KPIs while maintaining quality service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic computer skills required
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum 1-year experience
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately and efficiently
• Provide customers with timely information and guidance through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company procedures
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members
• Greet customers and maintain positive energy in person and over the phone
• Understand Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and trainings as required
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance
• Uphold company Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect
