Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process. You will assess damage, document repairs, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repair processes, DRP compliance, and strong communication. On-site work in Highland Park, IL with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Maintain store KPIs through performance.
