Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create vehicle damage estimates and document needed repairs.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and aligns with KPIs.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
