Job summary

BELFOR Environmental is seeking an Estimator to develop and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will meet with clients, use Xactimate to prepare accurate plans, and monitor budgets and job progress to ensure timely completion.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and experience in applying BELFOR estimate standards. On-site work with annual compensation and full benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience and professional communication.
• Attention to detail with ability to review budgets and estimates.
• Proficient with MSDS understanding and adherence to safety data.
• Knowledge of Xactimate formatting and BELFOR estimate standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local clientele, primarily insurance adjusters.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Develop and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial jobs.
• Review invoices and labor to ensure costs are included in monthly job costs.
