BELFOR offers a General Estimator role coordinating estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will meet clients, prepare precise scopes, and manage jobs through completion using Xactimate and BELFOR standards.

Ideal candidates have extensive estimating experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle high-value scopes while ensuring safety and timely communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating >$50,000 and Commercial estimating >$100,000.
• BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 2 completed.
• Advanced Xactimate training toward Level 3 cert, 90% score.
• English literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial work.
• Meet with clients to develop quality, competitive estimates using Xactimate.
• Review budgets and communicate progress with clients and management.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to finish on time.
• Use BELFOR naming conventions for estimates, proposals, and change orders.
• Identify site hazards and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Provide continuous improvement in estimating processes.
