Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking an Estimator at the second level of our Estimating track. The role creates and manages estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial losses, meeting with clients and using Xactimate to develop quality, competitive bids while tracking budgets through completion.

You will collaborate with owners, adjusters, and vendors, review invoices, and ensure costs are reflected in monthly job costs.

Qualifications

• English literacy and fluency required.
• Knowledge of MSDS data sheets and applicability to jobs.
• Use BELFOR estimate format standards in Xactimate.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial work.
• Meet with clients and communicate progress with management.
• Develop budgets and monitor costs monthly.
• Review invoices and ensure costs are included in job costs.
• Follow BELFOR training to achieve estimator level certification.
