Job summary

BELFOR is hiring an Estimator to join our Mount Clemens, MI team. You will create and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial work using Xactimate, meeting client needs and guiding projects through completion.

Responsibilities include budget review, insurer coordination, and ensuring accurate costs and schedules. This is an entry-to-mid level Estimator role with BELFOR University training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience using Xactimate to create and manage estimates.
• Strong customer service experience with clients and adjusters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic data organization.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Review budgets and ensure costs are included in job costing.
• Maintain local clientele and coordinate with insurers and clients.
• Ensure adherence to BELFOR naming conventions for estimates and proposals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of local building codes and safety procedures.
