Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an Estimator to create and manage residential, commercial, and industrial estimates using Xactimate. You will meet clients, develop competitive estimates, and oversee jobs from start to finish while monitoring budgets and costs.

The role requires strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills, adherence to BELFOR standards, and collaboration with field teams. BELFOR University training is available as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience using Xactimate to develop estimates.
• Customer service experience with client-facing roles.
• Ability to follow BELFOR formatting standards for estimates and proposals.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local clientele to generate referrals.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Develop quality and competitive estimates within BELFOR standards.
• Review invoices and labor costs to ensure inclusion in job costs monthly.
• Manage jobs through completion and communicate progress with clients and management.
