Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an experienced Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurers and clients.

You will document repair needs, communicate progress, and help the team meet KPIs, ensuring alignment with WOW standards and company objectives.

This role requires a High School Diploma, DRP familiarity, I-CAR training or willingness, and a valid driver's license; salary range is $66,000–$95,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Coordinate repair planning, communication, and delivery with the team.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Assist team during daily production walks and safety meetings.
