Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drops, planning, communication and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Participate in production walks with Management Team.
• Support all team members and attend Health & Safety meetings.
• Attend training and workshops as required.
