Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Louisville, KY to provide exceptional customer service while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet KPI targets, while maintaining strong customer communications and compliance with all program requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Support all team members and attend health & safety meetings.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.
