Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Collision Estimator - Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences, assess vehicle damage, and document repairs. You will coordinate with customers and insurance companies, ensuring accurate appraisals and timely communication.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through repairs, and complying with DRP and insurance requirements. A background in auto repair and I-CAR readiness is preferred, with a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
