Job summary

The Boyd Group in Mobile, AL seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repair needs, while communicating with customers and insurance providers throughout the process.

You will document interactions, ensure DRP compliance, and support the team to meet KPIs and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• I-CAR Training preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and keep records up to date
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Coordinate DRP-related repair planning and customer communications with the team
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support team members
• Attend safety meetings and trainings as required
