Job summary

You will interact with customers, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure timely communication and accurate repair planning, while adhering to company guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Ability to document repairs and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and procedures.
• Communicate customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend health, safety meetings and training as required.
