Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Must currently possess or complete 16 I-CAR units within the first 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Greets customer at repair drop off and builds rapport.
• Maps damage with customer and notes opportunities.
• Uploads photos and notes to CCC One and sets arrival time.
• Notifies production and places vehicle in production queue.
• Verifies and finalizes estimates using Repair Planning Template.
• Reviews estimates with customers and schedules follow-ups.
