Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences while creating repair estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. You will document damage appraisal, communicate with customers and insurers, and align with the team to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include updating customers, guiding them through the process, and participating in production walks with management to ensure smooth operations. A High School Diploma is required, with I-CAR training preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Document and update customer interactions and insure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and participate in daily production walks.
