Gerber Collision & Glass in Greenville, NC, seeks an Estimator in Training to learn with our Estimator and prepare accurate repair estimates per insurer and company guidelines. You’ll help communicate Gerber’s value and contribute to a high closed sales ratio.

Responsibilities include mapping damage with customers, creating and finalizing estimates, coordinating with the repair team, and updating customers regularly. Diploma and 16 I-CAR units needed within 12 months.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with customer service experience.
• Must complete 16 I-CAR units within 12 months of employment.
• Preferred: 4-6 years related work experience; photo-imaging software experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Greet customer at repair drop off and build rapport.
• Map damage with customer and identify WOW opportunities.
• Handle repair mapping and upload photos/notes to CCC One.
• Notify production of arrival and verify estimate during teardown.
• Finalize estimate using Repair Planning Template.
