Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Must complete 16 I-CAR units within the first 12 months.
• Preferred: 4–6 years related work experience; photo-imaging software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at repair drop off and build rapport.
• Map damage with customer and document WOW opportunities.
• Prepare estimates using Repair Planning Template and upload photos/notes.
• Notify production and manage estimate during teardown.
• Set promise dates and review estimates with customers.
• Keep customers updated per management standards.
• Assist insurance adjusters and re-inspection processes.
