Job summary

Mobile Auto Solutions, LLC is hiring an Estimator in Training to learn the repair estimation process closely with our Estimator, ensuring accurate, profitable estimates in line with insurance partner and company guidelines. The role emphasizes communicating value and achieving a high sales close rate.

Responsibilities include mapping damage, taking photos, updating CCC One, and coordinating with the repair team to finalize parts lists and timetables. Strong customer communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must complete 16 I-CAR units within 12 months.
• Preferred: 4–6 years related work experience; photo-imaging software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist estimator in learning diagnosis and estimation per guidelines.
• Greet customers and build rapport at repair drop-off.
• Map damage with customer and capture photos for CCC One.
• Prepare and finalize estimates using Repair Planning Template.
• Communicate estimate and promise date to customers regularly.
• Support insurance adjusters and claim re-inspections when needed.
