Mobile Auto Solutions, LLC in Hardeeville, SC is seeking an Estimator Apprentice who will learn to diagnose and prepare vehicle repair estimates with guidance from an experienced estimator.

You will greet customers, map damage, photograph, upload to CCC One, finalize estimates, coordinate with the repair team, and communicate progress and promise dates. High school diploma and I-CAR units preferred; 16 units within 12 months required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must complete 16 I-CAR units within 12 months.
• Preferred: 4–6 years related work experience.
• Photo-imaging software experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Greet customer at repair drop-off and build rapport.
• Map damage with customer and identify WOW opportunities.
• Handle repair mapping and initial photos; upload to CCC One.
• Notify production on arrival and place in queue; verify teardown estimate.
• Finalize estimate using Repair Planning Template.
• Coordinate with repair team to ensure windshield notations are correct.
• Create final parts list.
• Set promise date using Promise Date Calculator.
• Call customer to review the estimate and promise date.
• Update customer regularly per management standards.
• Participate in production meetings.
• Call customers with cars due next day; schedule with them.
• Follow up with technicians and adjust estimates as needed.
• Assist insurance adjusters with damage reports and re-inspections.
