Job summary

Mobile Auto Solutions, LLC is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers and insurers. You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and ensure alignment with team KPIs throughout the repair process.

The role emphasizes interacting with customers and insurance companies, maintaining documentation, and participating in safety and training sessions as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management Team.
• Support all team members as required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
