Job summary

The role expects familiarity with repair processes, basic computer skills, and a willingness to pursue I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required as you may visit sites and inspect vehicles.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Familiarity with DRP processes and insurance workflows.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training when required.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and software.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information to customers and insurers throughout repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating standards.
• Support team during daily production walkthroughs and meetings.
• Attend training and information sessions as recommended by the Store Manager.
