Jonata, The Hilt, and The Paring is seeking a hospitality-focused role responsible for delivering engaging tasting experiences and estate tours. You will build consumer loyalty, share brand stories, and drive wine and membership sales with warm, relationship-driven hospitality.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about wine and guest connections, thriving in a small team, and representing our brands with professionalism and passion.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality or wine industry.
• Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and have reliable transportation.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Must have the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct tasting experiences and estate tours, tailoring each visit to the interests and knowledge level of the guest.
• Confidently present our wines, vineyards, estates, and brand stories in an engaging and consistent manner.
• Identify sales opportunities and make thoughtful wine and membership recommendations based on guest interests.
• Maintain relationships with guests and members through attentive service and follow-up.
• Operate the Point of Sale system and maintain accuracy in transactions, orders, and customer information.
• Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain polished standards of presentation throughout all guest-facing spaces.
• Prepare hospitality spaces for opening and closing according to established operating procedures.
• Assist with wine service, food preparation for pairings, inventory stocking, glass washing, cleaning, and general upkeep as needed.
• Support winery events, special events, and off-site functions as needed.
• Represent our brands professionally both on and off the estate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Hospitality Manager.
