Job summary

Crimson Wine Group seeks a Hospitality Associate to deliver warm, personalized winery experiences through tastings, storytelling, and relationship-based hospitality in a busy tasting room. You will drive wine and wine club sales while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are service-driven, adaptable, and passionate about wine, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in winery, hospitality, retail, or restaurant environments preferred.
• Proven ability to engage guests, build rapport, and drive wine and wine club sales.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to represent the winery and its brands.
• Service-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, dependable team member with accountability for guest experience and results.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized hospitality experiences aligned with winery brand standards.
• Guide guests through tastings, tours, and educational experiences focused on wines and winery philosophy.
• Drive wine, merchandise, tasting, and wine club sales through relationship-based hospitality.
• Recommend wines and wine club memberships while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Support tasting room operations including opening/closing, POS, shipping, and inventory.
• Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and safety in all guest spaces.
