Doubleback is seeking a hands-on Sales & Hospitality Manager to deliver exceptional tastings, build lasting guest relationships, and drive tasting room sales. You will spend the day hosting guests, guiding the wines with confident, warm storytelling and maintaining a polished, guest-ready environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, reservations, stock, events, and supporting ownership to hit daily and monthly goals; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Natural host with excellent hospitality instincts.
• Strong wine knowledge and ability to tell compelling stories.
• Comfortable working long shifts on the tasting floor and handling peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Personally host tastings and create a polished guest experience.
• Drive wine sales through hospitality, confident recommendations, and storytelling.
• Guide guests through the wines with brand knowledge and personalized service.
• Maintain a guest-ready tasting environment and manage opening/closing duties.
• Support events, allocations, and peak business periods.
