ONEHOPE Winery at Estate 8 in Rutherford, Napa Valley, seeks a Hospitality & Sales Specialist to deliver world-class guest service, lead engaging wine tastings, and drive sales of our wines and experiences.

You will share our story, educate guests on wine varietals and tasting notes, coordinate tastings and private events, and help build lasting brand loyalty while partnering with the culinary team and front-of-house staff.

Qualifications

• Wine education certification or industry equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality, wine service, or wine sales.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Willingness to learn and utilize hospitality and sales software (TOCK, Google Workspace, POS).
• Maintain a clean, polished appearance per ONEHOPE standards.
• Able and flexible to work weekends and evenings as business needs dictate.

Responsabilités

• Deliver world-class customer service in private and group tastings.
• Guide guests through engaging wine tastings and food pairings, sharing our story and wines.
• Actively promote and sell ONEHOPE wines, experiences, and the 20/20 Collective allocation.
• Build guest relationships, collect feedback, and maintain post-visit engagement.
• Set up and break down tastings, private events, and wine dinners to brand standards.
• Coordinate with culinary team to time food and wine service for exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain POS and reservation systems; follow safety and opening/closing protocols.
