Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery seeks a friendly Tasting Room Attendant to transform tastings into memorable experiences. You will guide guests through our wines, share knowledge about the Wine Club, and help elevate hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include keeping stations stocked, assisting with carryout and guest services, and proactively engaging guests to build relationships and invite them to join our club. Flexible weekends and a passion for wine are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings so you can confidently guide each guest
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked
• Restock and maintain product displays
• Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas when needed
• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service
• Welcome every guest warmly and discuss wine and our Wine Club
