Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking a Tasting Room Attendant to greet guests, guide them through our wines and retail offerings, and deliver a memorable hospitality experience. You will contribute to a collaborative team, maintain station readiness, and actively promote the Wine Club.

This role emphasizes friendliness, knowledge sharing, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while providing outstanding service and representing the Cooper's Hawk brand with pride.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper's Hawk menu, retail items, and wines offered to guests.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas when needed.
• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service.
• Welcome every guest warmly and answer questions about wine, food, and the Wine Club.
• Proactively build relationships with guests and create memorable moments.
• Use knowledge of the Wine Club to invite and inform guests of perks and benefits.
• Share the story of Cooper's Hawk and invite guests to join our Wine Club.
• Introduce tastings and special retail items to enrich the guest experience.
