Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a Tasting Room Attendant to guide guests through wine and food pairings with warmth and expert knowledge. You will greet customers, describe our wines, and help guests explore our Wine Club benefits while delivering friendly, memorable service in a bustling environment.

You will maintain station readiness, assist with retail and carryout tasks, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth dining and tasting experience for guests, including weekends and

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings so you can confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines that are offered to our guests.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas when needed.
• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service.
• Follow steps of service and assist in daily operations.
• Welcome every guest warmly and answer questions about wine and our Wine Club.
• Proactively build relationships with guests and invite them to join the Wine Club.
