W.I. Simonson Mercedes-Benz in Santa Monica, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking an eSales Agent. You will handle internet inquiries and calls to generate appointments and drive traffic to the dealership, delivering a premium customer experience with prompt, professional responses.

The role requires strong communication, prior sales or call-center experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment, with evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year call center or sales focused experience
• Evening and weekend schedule availability required
• Able to set priorities, multi-task, and achieve goals
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient using a computer

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats
• Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address customer questions and needs
• Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information
• Provide payment options and quotes
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments; manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests
• Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of KPIs
