Sonic Automotive, Inc. is seeking an E-Sales Agent to generate sales appointments for new and pre-owned vehicles in Charlotte. You will respond to internet inquiries with a premium customer experience using CRM and lead management tools.

Responsibilities include entering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records while upholding high ethical standards and customer satisfaction. Experience in automotive sales and online selling is expected.

• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
