Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for higher education clients. You will manage ERP initiatives, guide analysts and technical resources, and ensure ERP supports critical business objectives.

You will collaborate with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions that drive operational performance, process standardization, and long-term technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes commonly used in higher education.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts with a variety of customers.
Develop and manage the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and strategic objectives.
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP applications.
Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
Provide guidance on complex functional and technical challenges.
