Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead strategy, governance, optimization, and support of ERP for higher education customers. You will manage ERP initiatives, guide analysts and technical staff, and align systems with business objectives.

You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions that improve operational performance and adoption. Strong leadership and governance skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
Knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and risk management practices related to enterprise applications.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships across all levels of the organization.
Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts with a variety of customers.
Develop and execute the ERP application strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
Lead ERP transformation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives from planning through implementation and ongoing support.
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP.
Develop and manage the ERP roadmap aligned with growth and objectives.
Oversee administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms and integrated applications.
Direct testing, release management, change management, and deployment activities.
Monitor system health, user adoption, and operational metrics to drive improvement.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify process improvements and ERP solutions.
Drive organizational change management and user adoption for ERP initiatives.
