Boldyn Networks seeks an experienced ERP Manager to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of ERP for higher education customers. You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources, aligning ERP initiatives with campus goals and long-term technology roadmaps.

You will collaborate with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable and secure ERP solutions, driving process standardization and business transformation across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes used in higher education.
