Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformations for higher education clients. This role emphasizes strategy, governance, optimization, and strong team leadership.

You will partner with college leaders, IT, vendors, and executives to deliver secure, scalable ERP solutions and align the roadmap with institutional goals. This position is remote in the United States with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Formación

• 8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives in higher education.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Lead ERP transformation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives from planning through implementation and ongoing support.
• Establish application governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and strategic objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.
