Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy and governance for higher education clients. You will guide a team of analysts and technical resources to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions that align with business goals and roadmaps.

You will collaborate with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to drive process improvement, system adoption, and long-term technology strategy in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical or business teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, governance, and continuous improvement for higher education clients.
• Develop and manage ERP roadmap aligned with campus goals and growth.
• Oversee upgrades, integrations, testing, and releases across ERP platforms.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive process standardization and automation.
