Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation for higher education clients. You will guide ERP strategy, governance, and optimization while managing a team of analysts and technical resources.

You’ll collaborate with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable ERP solutions, drive adoption, and shape the long-term technology roadmap in a remote US role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business admin or related field.
• 8+ years ERP systems experience, including leadership.
• 3+ years people management experience in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement with a variety of customers.
• Develop and execute the ERP application strategy aligned with campus goals and priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap aligned with organizational growth and strategic objectives.
