Job summary

Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS is seeking a Customer Solutions Resource & Training Specialist to build practical resources, support onboarding and coaching, and help employees confidently transition to a new ERP system.

You will create and maintain a knowledge base with SOPs and work instructions, train and coach the team, document processes across departments, and ensure ERP go-live success. Strong collaboration and experience in a call center environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of customer solutions experience in a call center environment.
• 2+ years of training experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a knowledge base with SOPs and work instructions.
• Partner with leaders to document shared processes and implement improvements.
• Support onboarding, nesting, mentoring, and retraining for team members.
• Coach new team members on processes and lines of business.
• Assess progress and provide clear feedback to leadership.
• Recommend training updates to improve quality and satisfaction.
• Deliver ERP training and provide ongoing ERP guidance after go-live.
