Job summary

Husqvarna Construction Products North America, Inc. seeks a Customer Solutions Resource & Training Specialist to develop a robust knowledge base, document processes, and drive ERP training across the Customer Solutions team.

You will onboard, mentor, and retrain staff, coach new hires on processes, and provide ongoing feedback to leadership to improve quality and customer satisfaction within an ERP transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer solutions experience in a call center environment.
• 2+ years of training experience.
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Understanding of Customer Solutions processes and call center operations.

Responsibilities

• Build Resources & Improve Processes: Create and maintain an easy-to-use Customer Solutions knowledge base, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Partner with leaders across departments to document shared processes.
• Identify and help implement process and platform improvements.
