Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS is seeking a Customer Solutions Resource & Training Specialist to build practical resources, support onboarding, and coach employees through ERP transitions. You will document processes, improve platforms, and ensure high-quality customer solutions delivery.

The role emphasizes training, mentoring, and collaboration across departments to raise service standards and ERP proficiency within the Customer Solutions team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer solutions experience in a call center environment.
• 2+ years of training experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an easy-to-use Customer Solutions knowledge base, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Partner with leaders across departments to document shared processes.
• Identify and help implement process and platform improvements.
• Support onboarding, nesting, mentoring, and retraining for Customer Solutions employees.
• Coach new team members on processes and the lines of business they support.
• Assess progress and share clear feedback with Customer Solutions leadership.
• Recommend training updates that improve quality and customer satisfaction.
• Help develop and deliver ERP training for impacted employees.
• Provide ERP guidance and support after go-live.
• Share regular trainee feedback with management and training partners to improve team effectiveness.
