Husqvarna Group in Olathe, KS is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative. No prior customer service experience is required; you will assist customers with questions, orders, and shipment updates, while learning and growing within the company.

You’ll use email, CRM, SAP/ERP, and Microsoft Office to support the team and coordinate with sales, with daytime shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Solutions Representative, assist customers with product questions, order processing, and shipments.
• Talk to customers and sales team by phone or email.
• Place and track product orders and provide accurate information about tools and equipment.
• Utilize email, CRM, SAP/ERP, and MS Office to support daily tasks.
• Learn about products and suggest solutions based on customer needs.
