Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline ERP support and manage ServiceNow tickets.
• Review production issues and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist with QA, testing, and production readiness activities.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
