Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in training and report development.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to users within ERP modules and respond via ticket systems.
• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and upgrading ERP systems.
• Develop and deliver training materials and modules for Core-CT ERP users.
• Collaborate with IT staff to implement system modifications and data loads.
