Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to use Excel and other tools to manipulate data.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, LucidChart.
• Strong communication and writing skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and meet negotiated timelines with high quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• 60% Workday ERP and SIS Support: assist in managing Workday projects and configurations.
• 20% Project Management: translate requirements into user stories, plans and acceptance criteria.
• 10% Support Operations: daily ticket triage and issue resolution.
• 10% Planning and Partnership: liaison with stakeholders and strategy for applications.
• Community Engagement: participate in events and campus life.
• Other duties as assigned.
