Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IS/CS/Business.
• 3–5 years of experience as a business systems analyst or similar role.
• Working SQL skills to investigate data, reconcile discrepancies, and identify root causes.
• Experience supporting retail merchandising, ERP, or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Exposure to planning and allocation, PIM, or order management platforms is advantageous.
• Understanding of retail processes including purchasing, allocation, distribution, inventory, and store operations.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting system integrations; API-based interfaces are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system processes, data quality, and job executions across core enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot cross-system issues involving merchandising, warehouse management, PIM, planning and allocation, order management, and related apps.
• Develop and maintain test scripts and coordinate user acceptance testing; document results and defects.
• Support upgrades, releases, configuration changes, and production validation; assist with future planning and allocation capabilities.
• Maintain system documentation and operating procedures.
