Job summary

UMass Memorial Health seeks a Sr Apps/Systems Analyst to support ERP for Leave of Absence and HCM Core. The role combines system analysis, configuration, testing, and user training in a hybrid Worcester-based environment.

You will collaborate with caregivers and vendors, lead cross-functional workstreams, ensure smooth upgrades, and develop training materials while mentoring teammates and advancing system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Workday Application certification(s) or ability to achieve as required.
• 3 years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).
• Ability to mentor teammates and lead meetings with users at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and meetings, escalating issues with solutions.
• Partner with caregivers and vendors to configure application features.
• Evaluate software functionality against requirements; support upgrades.
• Test features and create job aids for support and training.
• Investigate configuration issues and provide system fixes; participate in on-call rotations.
