Key qualifications:

• Eight years of professional experience as a business analyst in ERP, HCM, or financial systems
• Two years of independent work performing a full range of tasks supporting specific ERP system modules and functions
• Considerable knowledge of PeopleSoft or ERP integrated modules and practices of public administration
• Ability to map business processes, use SQL and troubleshooting software, and conduct task analysis
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Experience with UKG: ProWFM and Telestaff systems (preferred)
