Job summary

GovPilot seeks an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end deployments of our SaaS applications for municipal government. You will guide configuration, data migration, and training, acting as project lead and product expert to ensure successful adoption.

You’ll work with clients to re-engineer business processes, deliver measurable value, and provide a seamless onboarding experience. Remote-friendly role with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years SaaS Implementation or Professional Services experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud environments and data management.
• Translate client data logic into clear technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Wrike, HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira and related platforms.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder client relationships.
• Ability to re-engineer client business processes and architect solutions beyond standard configurations.
• Experience leading organizational change management within client engagements.
• Ability to navigate technically complex or politically sensitive client situations.
• Experience partnering with Product/Engineering to report feature gaps and influence roadmaps.
• PMP or CSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex or sensitive implementations across multiple departments.
• Act as a strategic advisor to re-engineer business processes and maximize platform value.
• Architect custom system solutions for unique client requirements.
• Consult on data strategy, cleansing, and restructuring for long-term platform health.
• Oversee QA standards for data imports and integrations, delegating work while ensuring data integrity.
• Design and lead executive and department-head training on change management and adoption.
• Monitor project health across a portfolio of implementations, manage scope and risks.
• Own post-launch transition with Customer Success for long-term health and adoption.
• Support pre-sales with feasibility assessments, scoping, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide feedback on feature gaps.
• Develop industry-specific best-practice playbooks and drive continuous improvement.
