Job summary

BS&A Software is seeking an Implementation & Training Specialist to guide ERP implementations for local governments and utility districts across the country. You will translate client requirements into BS&A solutions and deliver training to end-users, both remotely and on-site.

The role requires strong communication, customer-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 75% is expected, with remote coordination as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define, analyze, and interpret client business needs and procedures, aligning with project objectives.
• Configure and customize ERP systems aligned with client operations and BS&A practices.
• Identify and document prerequisites for software design, forms, reports, interfaces, and configurations.
• Develop user documentation and guidance materials for customers.
• Conduct software training for end-users both remotely and in-person, possibly for multiple customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer support and address client concerns throughout implementation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Data Conversion Developers, and other specialists.
• Serve as liaison for handover of customer accounts to Customer Support.
